Shaziya Keswani is an Occupational Therapist based in New York and specializes in breast cancer and lymphedema rehabilitation. She is passionate about enhancing patient outcomes and is a published author on the advantages of using occupational therapy in breast cancer treatment. Shaziya is also Co-Chair of the Horace Mann School Lower Division Parent Association. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Columbia University, where she also currently serves as Vice Chair of the Alumni Legacy Circle, a leadership giving society that brings together Columbia College Women to strengthen the mission of the College. Shaziya is extremely passionate about education and serves on the North American Board of Room to Read, a non-profit organization that focuses on literacy and gender equality. Having grown up in Mumbai, India, and seen first hand the impacts of education, Shaziya feels strongly connected to the mission of TFIUS.
